FOXHelp—the web browser-based help system and owner's manual—provides you with in-depth information to help you set up, use, and maintain your FOX Racing Shox product.
You can also access FOXHelp service support information directly from the FOX Racing Shox service website.
Note: The FOX Service website gives you access to the latest service help information, but it requires a broadband connection to the Internet.
Compare the version number below to the version of the FOXHelp owners manual found on the FOX Racing Shox Tech Center website, to see where the latest information resides. Access the information from the source having the latest revision update.
CAUTION: Read this manual before setting up, using, maintaining, and servicing your FOX Racing Shox product. FOX Racing Shox recommends that you at least read through the following pages of FOXHelp: "How to Use FOXHelp", "Important Safety Information", and "Consumer Safety".

Warnings are formatted in black text with an orange background, as shown below.
WARNING: The information displayed in a warning is critical, aiding you to recognize a potentially hazardous condition that, if not avoided, will likely result in SERIOUS INJURY or DEATH.
Cautions are formatted in black text with a yellow background, as shown below.
CAUTION: The information displayed in a caution is important to aid you to recognize a potentially hazardous situation that, if not avoided, may result in moderate or minor injury to yourself, your equipment, or both.
Notes and tips to assist you with various procedures are highlighted in white text with a light blue background, as shown below.
Note: The information displayed in a note or tip will offer you suggestions about a procedure that can be done differently, or that possibly can save you some time—but never in an unsafe manner.
FOXHelp contains a wealth of information about your new FOX product. Using the navigation pane on the left-hand portion of your browser window you can access other sections of FOXHelp at any time. Here are some useful tips for using FOXHelp:
The Help Bar is located in the top margin of every native FOXHelp page, and provides you with a quick means to navigate to some important areas of FOXHelp.

Some of the content in FOXHelp is only viewable with Adobe Flash Player. If you do not have the Adobe Flash player installed on your computer, go to the Adobe website to download it.
