Thank you for choosing FOX Racing Shox for your bicycle. By doing so, you have chosen the finest suspension product in the world. FOX products are designed, tested and manufactured in Santa Cruz County, California by the best people in the industry.

FOXHelp—the web browser-based help system and owner's manual—provides you with in-depth information to help you set up, use, and maintain your FOX Racing Shox product.

You can also access FOXHelp service support information directly from the FOX Racing Shox service website.

Note:  The FOX Service website gives you access to the latest service help information, but it requires a broadband connection to the Internet.

Compare the version number below to the version of the FOXHelp owners manual found on the FOX Racing Shox Tech Center website, to see where the latest information resides. Access the information from the source having the latest revision update.

CAUTION:  Read this manual before setting up, using, maintaining, and servicing your FOX Racing Shox product. FOX Racing Shox recommends that you at least read through the following pages of FOXHelp: "How to Use FOXHelp", "Important Safety Information", and "Consumer Safety".

Using FOXHelp

Warnings

Warnings are formatted in black text with an orange background, as shown below.

WARNING:  The information displayed in a warning is critical, aiding you to recognize a potentially hazardous condition that, if not avoided, will likely result in SERIOUS INJURY or DEATH.

Cautions

Cautions are formatted in black text with a yellow background, as shown below.

CAUTION:  The information displayed in a caution is important to aid you to recognize a potentially hazardous situation that, if not avoided, may result in moderate or minor injury to yourself, your equipment, or both.

Notes and Tips

Notes and tips to assist you with various procedures are highlighted in white text with a light blue background, as shown below.

Note:  The information displayed in a note or tip will offer you suggestions about a procedure that can be done differently, or that possibly can save you some time—but never in an unsafe manner.

FOXHelp contains a wealth of information about your new FOX product. Using the navigation pane on the left-hand portion of your browser window you can access other sections of FOXHelp at any time. Here are some useful tips for using FOXHelp:

• FOXHelp requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 Service Pack 2 or later, Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or later, or Safari 1.0 or later.
• The breadcrumbs "You are here:" locator at the top of the main frame automatically updates as you move through FOXHelp, to help you keep your browsing bearings. If you get lost, click the Product Selector button to find the product you were browsing (see Using the Help Bar).
• Use the BACK and FORWARD buttons in the FOXHelp toolbar. In certain browsers, the BACK and FORWARD buttons will not function properly. The FOXHelp buttons will properly track your FOXHelp browsing history.
• When possible, access FOXHelp directly from the FOX Racing Shox website to ensure that you are accessing the most current information.

Using the Help Bar

The Help Bar is located in the top margin of every native FOXHelp page, and provides you with a quick means to navigate to some important areas of FOXHelp.

	— Opens the Product Selector page so you can browse other FOX products
	— Opens the Contact page for FOX Racing Shox
	— Prints the content in the main browser frame
	— Returns you to "Using FOXHelp"

Using Adobe Flash Player

Some of the content in FOXHelp is only viewable with Adobe Flash Player. If you do not have the Adobe Flash player installed on your computer, go to the Adobe website to download it.

Product Registration

Registering your FOX product provides you with benefits, which include:

• Important information regarding your product
• E-mail newsletters regarding the latest events at FOX Racing Shox
• Other cool benefits that we haven't yet dreamed of
• You can register your Fox suspension product online

Product Selector - All Product

Click the "Expand All" button in the toolbar, to expand links to all FOX products. Click the links to view installation procedures, product usage, and maintenance information.
