- Rear sensor not connected
- ACTION: Reconnect controller cable to rear accelerometer cable. Make sure the connection is secure.

- If you cannot connect to your bike with the mobile app, if you're receiving an error that says "packet transfer out of sync", or if you are having trouble connecting to the Live Valve system please do the following:
-
Restart your Live Valve system. The system is available for pairing to new devices for 1 minute after power on. After 1 minute, it will only auto-reconnect to a previously paired mobile device. Ensure there are no other Live Valve systems turned on in the area.
If the issue persists, delete the profile of the bike in your phone’s Bluetooth settings. If you still encounter issues, try reinstalling the app from the app store or restart your mobile device.
-
When turning Live Valve on, the LED battery light also provides system feedback.
Use the information below to help you understand your Live Valve system:
-
- When turning Power on, the battery displays its current charge (1-5) based on the number of LEDs that light up. “5” means full, “1” means low.
- If the OFF button is flashing twice every 10 seconds, this indicates a low battery level. Charge the battery.
- If the OFF button is flashing continuously, this indicates a sensor is disconnected. Verify that all cables are properly connected. Each cable is labeled with its corresponding part. The Live Valve system must be connected properly to function.
- A ‘ramp’ or ‘cycle’ pattern of the 5 LEDs on the battery (when connected to the bike) indicates that a calibration is required.
- The ‘settings’ button adjusts the currently selected mode.
- The customer can connect their app and see it changing modes along with a press of the button on the battery and vise-versa. The LED will also change along with changes in the app.
If unsure about what to do, please contact your nearest FOX Service Center for additional information.
