SERVICE PROCEDURES

2013-2015 32mm Basic Maintenance

WARNING: Always wear safety glasses and protective gloves during service to prevent potential injury. Failure to wear protective equipment during service may lead to SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.

Maintaining your fork is key to good performance on the trail. This video guides you through the process of changing your bath oil, dust wipers, and air seals to reduce friction and prevent wear.

As many 32mm FLOAT forks have been built with slightly different internal air spring systems, your fork may appear different than that shown. To make sure that you are prepared with all of the replacement parts specific to the fork that you are working on, FOX recommends that you first take note of your fork's serial number and 4-digit product code, then contact FOX US at 1.800.369.7469, email [email protected], or contact an Authorized International FOX Service Center at ridefox.com/GlobalDistributors »

All bath oil services should be accompanied by an evaluation of the damper and service if necessary. Information on damper services can be found here »
