2025 Transfer Seatpost Travel Adjustment
The following information guides you through the process of adjusting travel on the 2025 Transfer Seatpost.
-
Press the lever and compress the seatpost from top out. The seatpost should be compressed down at least 25 mm, or as
far as the height of the spacers that will be installed. -
Loosen the collar at the junction between the upper and lower post by turning it counter-clockwise (when viewed from above). If it is too difficult to loosen by hand, use a strap wrench to turn it counter-clockwise. Make sure the collar retention o-ring (A) remains on the lower post.
-
Use orange spacers for 30.9 mm and 31.6 mm seatposts and green spacers for 34.9 mm seatposts. Attach the plastic
spacer over the upper post (B), making sure to place the spacer above the brass top out washer (C). Then, use the collar to push the spacer into the bore. Install spacers one at a time to ease insertion into the bore. Use up to 5 spacers (5 mm each/25 mm total). -
Tighten the collar by hand. Reinstall the collar retention o-ring into the underside of the collar by hand or using a
screwdriver. -
To remove spacers, turn the collar counter-clockwise and extend the post to push the spacers out. The last spacer may
require a small hex wrench or plastic pick to lift it from the recessed slot in the spacer (see Figure 5).
